Welcome Moga Tamers! I only started playing a week ago and I have some tips, tricks and information to share with every aspiring Moga Ranger. I won't claim to be an expert since I'm fairly new to the game but I figured that if I had a difficult time at first then someone is bound to experience the same. Anyhow, if you're an experienced Moga Tamer, please, feel free to share your own tips, tricks and information that we can all benefit from.Go to Home, click on Dex on the upper left hand corner beside world, click X on the Moga you want to swap out and drag the Moga you want to swap in to the same window. All I can say is it is random, really. A friend used thirteen starseeds just capturing Lainedeer. I captured mine with my very own Yoake, Coldbear and Beefee with only one starseed.
The tip is to use same low level Mogas when you go Lainedeer hunting because the level of the Lainedeer you will come upon will depend on your Moga Team's Level. Another tip is to try to capture it when it only has one HP left, otherwise, you're wasting your starseed. Now, if you can't capture it once, kill it, move on and try again once or twice in a day. You can always catch her at Summerfield if you haven't caught her. She'll show up there again and again. Just keep going back. So, goodluck.New update, thanks to Indigo Air! You can also go Lainedeer hunting at the Spiral Cave. Make sure to use a Moga that can poison her and not kill her. That's the reason why many have suggested using Coldbear since you can hit Lainedeer once and keep swapping out your Mogas until her HP is low enough for you to capture her.
I got so frustrated leveling up during the first few days but I discovered a trick that worked for me. I'll have one sacrificial Moga on my team and the one I want leveled up. I'll go into battle with a Moga three times higher than the one I want leveled up and start the battle with my sacrificial Moga, usually Coldbear because his poison always helps a lot, and wait till I have him killed of. If my enemy is low on the HP meter cheap dre beats, I swap it out with the one I want leveled up so he gets all the XP when the enemy dies. So for instance, I want my 11 Yoake leveled up, I go into battle with my Yoake, Coldbear and a random Moga which is usually a level higher than my Yoake so that he can save the day just in case my Yoake doesn't make it through the battle.
So I go into battle with a Level 16 Moga and pick Coldbear to go first, I use his poison every three rounds so when I switch Mogas, the enemy Moga he'll still get poisoned. Now my enemy Moga is a fourth of his HP and Coldbear dies, I swap them out and have my Yoake finish the battle. It then results to my Yoake earning 228 XP.Nar is a Level 28 monster with 698 HP. Go into battle with your Mogas at least at Level 10 each, have 15 whistles and 10 coffees. Believe me, I finished 13 whistles and 8 coffee when I was in battle with Nar. Use all your whistles first at the start of the battle then start using your coffee but make sure that when one of your Moga dies and you are about to send another one into battle, feed one of your two Mogas left with coffee. At least one of them should be in full health when you send another into battle because if you end up sending your last Moga into battle with the two killed off and you don't survive, you just wasted all your whistles and coffee. Best of luck.
